Resistivity Tool

Accel Directional's industry-leading resistivity tool offers a dual receiver/quadruple transmitter array, allowing for effective borehole compensation. Dual frequencies (2MHz and 400KHz) deliver multiple depth of investigation capablity. A major advantage of this system is that it runs below the MWD, allowing faster retrieval if required. Redundant corrected and compensated resistivity data is stored in the MWD tool on-board memory. This logging tool is available in 4.75in, 6.75in and 8.25in sizes at operating temperatures as high as 175°C and mud flow rates up to 1200gpm.

Gamma Module

Accel Directional’s gamma detectors feature a patented flexible dynamic sleeve which surrounds and protects the scintillation assemblies in the array of gamma detectors. These detectors absorb shock and vibration inherent in the BHA. The flexible dynamic sleeve also maintain concentricity parameters designed to improve accuracy of the gamma readings.
